  • Evaluate channel traffic, seo performance, social listening, and sales conversion metrics to find opportunities where new content can help drive further brand awareness and engagement.

Director, Internal Communications (ESPN, 2015–2017)

  • Team leader responsible for all internal communications channels: intranet, digital signage, in-house TV, email templates and internal social platforms. Also involved in event planning of high-profile executive meetings, special events and live employee webcasts.
  • Supported executives on employee communication needs, providing counsel for messaging related to company priorities, org changes, and enterprise-level announcements.
